Public Transportation: take the Omi Railway Bus bound for Karasuma Hanto at the West Entrance of JR Biwako Line Kusatsu Station and get off at Biwako-hakubutsukan/ Car: exit the Ritto Interchange on the Meishin Expressway and drive along Route 1, the Ritto-Shinanaka Route, and then take the Koshu (Lakeshore) Road to Karasuma Hanto.
