Sakuda Gold and Silver Leaf Museum
Visitors can enjoy choosing from a wide variety of gold leaf products on sale (such as accessories and art crafts), using the traditional skillful technique handed down over the past 400 years, watch the gilding process and even try it for themselves.

- 1. Gilding experience (reservations required): Visitors can try making original some chopsticks or small items by applying their own gold leaf design on them. 2. Visitors can observe the process of gold leaf manufacture and make use of a restroom decorated with gold and platinum gilded leaf. There is an exhibition room displaying folding screens coated with gold leaf and a shop containing a variety of craftworks made of gold and silver leaf.
